Change just one thing

Lead with your conclusion, then give the three reasons.

Illustration. Example session; numbers are for demonstration.

The daily session

One article, two takes, one thing to change.

No templates to memorise and no lectures. Each session is the same short loop, so the only thing that changes is how well you explain.

  1. 01

    Read

    About 2 minutes

A short article with a claim, its reasons and the caveats that matter. Today's is picked for you, or choose a topic from the library.

    Product · 300 words

  2. 02

    Retell

    Up to 3 minutes

Close the article and explain it in your own words. Recording starts only when you tap the mic.

    01:12 recording

  3. 03

    One change

    Four scores, with evidence

First, one suggestion to try next, with a reference version you can listen to. Below it, each score points to a moment in your recording.

    “Conclusion first”

  4. 04

    Say it shorter

    Up to 2 minutes

Apply the suggestion and retell it more tightly. Then see both takes side by side.

    68 → 79 · 41 s shorter

Next time, your feedback opens by telling you whether you applied the last suggestion.

  • 00:12

“um, so this article is mainly about, um, why good products fail”

Restating the title. You can cut it.

  • 00:48

“so basically I think, in the end, a good product doesn't always mean success…”

    Your conclusion only appears here.

  • 01:02

“timing is really important, timing is, like, really important”

    Same point, said twice.

  • 01:31

“and then the need, it's about whether people need it or not”

Mentions need, but misses “people don't change habits easily”.

Feedback you can check

Every note points to something you said.

The feedback quotes your own words and the second they happened. Tap a line in the app to hear it again. Nothing is a generic tip.

  1. Key information: did the claim, the reasons and the caveat survive?
  2. Structure: how early the point arrives and whether reasons are separated.
  3. Efficiency: lead-ins, repeats and filler.
  4. Fluency: pauses that make you hard to follow. Never accent or stutter.

The second take

A difference you can measure.

Both takes retell the same article, so the comparison is fair. If nothing improved, the app says so plainly.

First take

68

2:18 · conclusion at 00:48

Second take

79

1:37 · conclusion first

+11 · 41 s shorter

Shorter, and the key points held.

+11 this session. Your ability score is tracked separately, so one good session never looks like a jump in skill.

  • Shorter but lost a point? It tells you which point went missing, and calls a dip normal rather than failure.
  • Same score? You see what held steady and what to try next. No inflated praise.
  • Didn't apply the tip?It stays your focus until you've done it twice in a row.

What we promise

Built to be trusted with your voice.

Practising out loud is personal. These are product rules, not marketing lines.

  • Mic on only when you tap

The recording indicator never leaves the screen.

  • Never used to train AI

Your recordings only power your own feedback.

  • Deleted on your schedule

Audio kept 30 days by default, or 7 or 365. Delete it all any time.

  • Clarity, not accent

We score how clearly you explain, never how you sound.
